The Challenge
Family law is deeply personal. Toomey Family Law needed to communicate legal expertise while reflecting the warmth and care clients experience with the team. It also wanted to help people talk more openly about separation and what life can look like afterwards.
Our Response
We developed a brand and ongoing communications approach around the firm’s compassionate way of working. The It Doesn’t Have to End With a Fight commercials challenge the assumption that separation must become a battle. We also created Fortified: Lessons on Love & Divorce, a video podcast series bringing Leisa Toomey into candid conversations with well-known athletes, entrepreneurs and specialists. Their experiences and insights give people facing separation another way to feel informed, understood and less alone.
The Outcome
Toomey Family Law has a distinctive voice across its brand, campaigns and everyday communications. The commercials introduce its approach with emotional clarity, while Fortified gives the firm a deeper format for sharing expertise and opening conversations that rarely fit into a conventional legal advertisement.
