Laticia Braving launches Blue Clay as a video production business, beginning a journey built around finding and sharing stories that matter.

2011

First TV commercial: Spirit of the Land Lockhart

Just a year after launching, Blue Clay produces its first TV commercial for Spirit of the Land, an early step from video production into campaign storytelling.

2014

A long regional partnership starts

Blue Clay begins working with RDA Riverina on Country Change, a partnership that grows across film, strategy, branding and regional attraction.

2019

Temora’s Great Quack Quest

A search for a regional GP becomes a town-wide music video and campaign, showing how a community can be the most powerful voice in its own story. Blue Clay lists the work as running from 2019 to 2021.

2019-20

HOLGRO takes shape

Laticia creates HOLGRO to support regional leaders and businesses. It marks an early step from telling stories for others to building an initiative of Blue Clay’s own. You’ve previously dated its founding to 2019; Blue Clay’s portfolio dates the project from 2020.

2020

Building Barns Lane Farm’s story

Blue Clay partners with the founders of Barns Lane Farm from its early stages, bringing strategy, brand, film, photography and communications together around a new farm destination.

2024

Country Change enters a new chapter

Blue Clay helps refresh Country Change across the Riverina and Murray, producing regional stories, campaign content and a magazine that give prospective residents a closer look at life and opportunity in the region.

2025

You Can’t Do That in the Bush premieres

Blue Clay’s original documentary series officially launches in Cairns in May, opening with Plastic Fantastic and a bigger ambition to take regional ideas and voices to wider audiences.

Regional Stories launches

Blue Clay establishes an independent publishing platform to give regional people, ideas and projects more space and visibility. It also becomes a home for the documentary series.

2026

Vitality Farms Northern Rivers begins

Blue Clay launches a place-based network connecting growers, makers and organisations around a stronger regional food future, extending its work from telling stories to helping people act on them
